“新海旭”順利完成挖泥試驗(yàn)
2018年3月3日下午14時(shí)38分,由江蘇海新船務(wù)重工有限公司自建的6500m3/h大型非自航絞吸挖泥船“新海旭”輪在兩條大馬力頭輪的拖動(dòng)下緩緩駛離江蘇海新重工有限公司舾裝碼頭,正式開赴蘇通大橋上游工地進(jìn)行疏浚作業(yè)。
“新海旭”輪由上海交通大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),由江蘇海新船務(wù)重工自主建造,入中國船級(jí)社,該項(xiàng)目自開工起海新重工各部門高度重視該項(xiàng)目的建造工作,在吸取與2014年交付使用的4500m3/h非自航絞吸挖泥船“長師10”輪和“新海豚2”輪的建造及后期使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)并邀請(qǐng)上海航道局相關(guān)技術(shù)及用船領(lǐng)域的專家對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行前期的策劃,在建造過程中各階段的注意事項(xiàng),后期調(diào)試過程中組織江蘇海宏建設(shè)工疏浚公司的絞吸船上的船務(wù)進(jìn)行后期調(diào)試及挖泥工作。

該輪可在蒲式7級(jí)大風(fēng)中正常施工,可挖掘黏土、密實(shí)砂土、礫石、強(qiáng)風(fēng)化巖和弱風(fēng)化巖(無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)60Mpa)配備重型鋼樁臺(tái)車、三纜定位系統(tǒng)、拋錨桿、艉錨機(jī)和裝駁系統(tǒng)。
本次項(xiàng)目施工使用900mm排泥管,排距達(dá)7km,土質(zhì)為細(xì)砂。經(jīng)過一周的連續(xù)施工,全船各設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好,挖泥效率滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,瞬時(shí)產(chǎn)量達(dá)到10000m3/h。時(shí)均產(chǎn)量達(dá)到4500m3/h,艙內(nèi)泵排壓達(dá)到1.6Mpa,流速達(dá)到5m/S,再一次驗(yàn)證了江蘇海新船務(wù)重工有限公司在同類型絞吸挖泥船領(lǐng)域的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)和雄厚的實(shí)力。
